ScoutLink FMP Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bliss Technologies (ABN 72 583 551 764), trading as ScoutLink FMP ("ScoutLink", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ScoutLink FMP platform, website, API services, mobile interfaces, and recruitment tools across Australia and the United Kingdom.

By creating an account, accessing, or using ScoutLink FMP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Standards. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. User Categories & Definitions

• Player: An athlete registered to showcase performance statistics, match highlights, tactical attributes, and apply for trial events or club rosters.
• Coach: A technical or tactical manager registered to manage squad rosters, evaluate trial participants, and apply for coaching vacancies.
• Club: An accredited football organization, academy, or franchise registered to post trial events, manage squads, recruit talent, and assign staff permissions.
• Guardian: A parent or legal guardian who registers, approves, and supervises a linked Minor user account.
• Minor: Any user under 18 years of age registered on the platform.

3. Account Eligibility & Guardian Consent for Minors

Independent registration is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors under 18 years of age may only access ScoutLink FMP through a verified Guardian Account.

Guardians warrant that all digital signatures, parental consent confirmations, and legal relationship declarations provided during Minor onboarding are true and legally binding under applicable Australian and UK child safety legislation.

4. User Responsibilities & Verification

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information across all profile fields, accreditation documents, and statistical logs.

• Coaches: Must submit genuine coaching licenses, Working with Children Checks (WWCC), or DBS certificates for verification.
• Clubs: Are legally responsible for all actions taken by authorized staff members assigned to their club profile.
• Players: Warrant that uploaded video highlights and match statistics represent their own authentic athletic performance.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Safety Protections

Users shall NOT:

• Attempt unmonitored or non-compliant communications with minor athletes.
• Post, transmit, or share abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing content.
• Falsify accreditation credentials, identity documents, or trial evaluation scores.
• Scrape, extract, or mine user profiles or platform data without written authorization.
• Bypass rate limits, security filters, or encrypted scouting notes.

6. Intellectual Property

All software code, user interface designs, logos, trade names, database architectures, and algorithms forming part of ScoutLink FMP are the exclusive intellectual property of Bliss Technologies.

Users retain ownership of original video highlights and images uploaded to their profile while granting ScoutLink FMP a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and format such content for talent discovery purposes.

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Subscription plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Elite) are billed per billing cycle via our payment gateway. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and UK consumer protection regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bliss Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, trial cancellations, or recruitment decisions made by third-party clubs.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia for Australian operations, and England and Wales for UK operations.
